Responsibilities:
  • Prepares OE performance reports on a specific production schedule or as directed by compiling data derived from multiple resources and databases, including OE IMPACT. Responsible to collect, quality review, trend, and prepare high quality and timely work product utilizing Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Word. Works collaboratively with multiple data owners and/or information providers. Work to streamline and improve data management, analysis and visualizations.

    Supports the development, implementation, maintenance and revision of the project OEHES SharePoint site consistent with overarching architecture. This includes liaising with key stakeholders to understand business needs, facilitating meetings to adequately frame and document business requirements and engaging IT to assure compliance with document management, information risk management, data privacy and other associated concerns. Acts as primary project Administrator of Checkit (the ONE company Assurance IT solution) including stewarding governance, editing user profiles, adding sites, adding and revising protocols and questions and supporting all other administrative responsibilities related thereto.

    Act as HES OE Information Management document steward.

    Provide group administration support by: managing team diaries, booking rooms, coordinating training resources, ordering catering, coordinating visitor logistics, ordering stationery.

Requirements:

This position requires high level technical skills including the ability to analyse information and manage technical software solutions in a manner that enables sustainability and supports ease of use by a large and varied group of stakeholders. Ability to effectively engage with Stateholders in both English and Kazakh langauge is also necessary. Advanced competencies in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint is required. Working experience with Power BI is preferred. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate information with an understanding of content. Must be capable of both entering and extracting data from complex databases including OE IMPACT which is the primary tool for OE Performance data and must be able to design and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, pages and other related functionalities including establishing appropriate governance.
