- Travel and Meeting coordination.
- Document control functions including accurate handling of business correspondence (collect and distribute daily incoming mail).
- Oversee and coordinate office supply inventory management.
- Assist and process accounts payable as necessary.
- Accurate recordkeeping of invoices, assemble invoices and prepare them for distribution.
- Make use of standard office equipment, computer software programs, fax machines, postage machines, copier machines, etc. To effectively perform all aspects of position responsibilities.
- Assist with HR duties to include completing new hire paperwork with new employees.
- Present a professional image to our customer through personal appearance and overall office cleanliness.
- Assist with overall office cleanliness.
- Other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferable.
- work experience is an advantage.
- Computer Skills (advanced user of Microsoft Office products).
- English language level for effective communication both verbally and written.
