GIS specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GIS projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Support and enhance GIS applications (bug fixes, features, map updates)

• Oversee GIS infrastructure performance and security

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

• Participate in governance and change management processes

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Suite

• Experience with spatial data management tools

• Experience developing web and mobile GIS applications

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Project management experience

Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (Upper-Intermediate)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, GIS, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
