We are currently seeking a Technical Sales and Business Development professional to further grow our Oil and Gas, Mining, and Infrastructure business. The position is Kazakhstan based, with the work mainly covering Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, targeting SME to large International Engineering / Design companies, EPC Contractors and discipline Subcontractors who are involved in the industry sectors around NTD and Coatings Inspection products.

  • Development of NDT and Coatings Inspection sales with international market leading brands.
  • Demonstrating and presenting existing and new product lines, providing introduction product training to customers and potential customers.
  • Builds relationships with clients.
  • Extend the business and business case into other regions.
  • Looking after the business and existing clients as well as developing new Client base.
  • Contracts and negotiation skills.
  • Management of sales enquiries from existing and new customers.
  • Create opportunities for project tendering and contracting management on capital expenditure projects.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally.
Требования:
  • 3 years relevant working experience with NDT Inspection background .
  • Good sales network and knowledge in the NDT and Coatings Inspection industry will be an advantage.
  • Possess excellent business acumen, communication & presentation skills. Proven ability with strong focus on performance results - evidence of consistently achieving sales targets through a consultative approach in current and past employment.
  • Extend the business and business case into other regions.
  • Developing the business model and structure for sales targeting and development of new Client base.
  • Contract pricing and negotiation skills.
  • Management of sales enquiries from existing/new customers.
  • Create opportunities for project tendering and contracting management on capital expenditure projects.
  • Develop product profile in relation to local certification and Metrology approval.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally for product training and development.
