Final verification of punch list of installation work packs (IWP) before closing. Supporting contractor construction team in red line markup drawing process (RLMU), safety in design process (SID), site query process (SQ), request for information process (RFI). Interfacing with TCO 3GP contracts department team and issuing RWE, AWE process (request and approve work estimate), design engineering team with business issues. Work in collaboration with procurement logistic team (PLLM), ordering material take-off (MTO) and field material request (FMR). Tracking system completion management tool app (SCMT) and closing responsible issues (SID). General support to the all 3 GP Green Area team, TCO RA group and contractor RA team.

Driving progress while maintaining HSSE & Quality performance. Driving the construction subcontractors with the preparation of their plans and procedures assuring they are both achievable and technically acceptable in-line with the project and legislative requirements. Monitoring and reporting status for construction activities. Review and endorse discipline specific construction documents (Method of Statement, Construction performance plan and schedule etc.). Providing technical support and assistance to Chinese partners and also to subcontractors in the execution of their activities and completion of works. Ensuring timely forecasting of construction activities. Material Management; Organizing and supervising execution of site works during construction of Utilities plant objects and all other facilities in accordance with detail design documentation; Providing reporting information for monitoring project implementation and for decision-making by the Management. Ensuring mutual work and interface between subcontractor's QA/QC departments, Authorship and Technical Supervision on site. Search for optimal solutions in contentious situations during construction.

Control conducting civil works on site with the respect for technology, ensuring quality of works, providing completion of site works in accordance with construction legislative norms and rules. Coordination of Inspection of works (earth, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, pile). Compliance with technical regulations, building codes and standards, technical conditions and production technology, quality of materials and products. Taking part in audit and acceptance of turnover documentation. Ensuring the fulfillment of tasks to improve the quality of performed work. Preparing, maintenance of documents and record keeping as-built documentation (actual as-built drawings and plans, check-lists, SIR), incoming control materials, quality control of works in accordance with the approved procedures of TCO. Verifying acceptance at construction area with constructions norms. Achieving goals in quality during site works. Coordination the inspections with Client. Representing in Acceptance Commission. Work progress control, equipment turning and commissioning. Site inspection – civil works, pile works, concrete pouring works, etc. Preparation of RoK acts, protocols, journals and permits (acts of hidden works, acts of intermediate works, acts of trench acceptance, acts of installation and other), regulatory documents keeping on GOST and SNIP (concrete works journal, works journal, etc.). Working with project documentation, plans, isometrics of manufacturers, making changes to current documentation. Soil compaction testing – soil bases, macadam bases (Troxler). Site inspection of technological pipelines (steel, polyethylene), engineering networks (sewage, water supply), fire protection system (hydrants, manholes). Checklist fill-in.

Controlling the spare parts in conjunction with procurement team. Ensuring consumables and spare parts in time (fuel, oil and lubricants, auto parts). Supporting equipment and machinery in working conditions (road construction machinery, bulldozers, excavators, dump trucks). Prioritizing the repairs of the equipment. Renting activities. Solving ELC and HSE issues on the Base. General supervisory of base team (mechanics, auto-electricians, workers, cooks, housemaids etc.) and administrative control of Base activities (repairing toilets, office, devices, pipelines and generators). Coordination technical service, routine maintenance, daily reports of repairing and parts. Preparation of timesheets of personnel and monthly reports on fuel.

Coordination of inspection of site works (welding, painting, earth, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, pile). Gather operative data on work progress, maintaining risk status, prepare sufficient information materials, assemble work meetings for analysis of schedule dynamics, risk status, and current work status. Collaboration with QA/QC Client Service in quality issues on construction site. Quality control of works in accordance with the project, SNIP RK, GOST RK, VSN. Preparing, maintenance of documents and record keeping as- built documentation (acts of hidden works, act of acceptance of critical structures, work logs etc.).

Facilitation weekly construction progress meetings. Creation and approving at Client Work Method of statement and Work Procedures. Participating in pre-commission and commission process.

Preparation, maintenance and recording of reports on engineering and geological surveys for the construction of various facilities, assistance in the protection of engineering and geological reports to the geological engineer in state expertise. Collecting and printing work project drawings. Working with cost estimate program like ABC program, AutoCAD and Credo programs. Printing of design estimates from a computer to a plotter. Preparation of local estimates, price proposals, preparation of documents for participation in tenders for the design of facilities. Work in solving problems with the profile engineers of questions on design approvals and changes in the project from construction contractors.
