Job responsibilities: • Preparation of a drilling program for drilling exploratory and production wells with depths 4150 meters in the water protection area. Types of work: Replace and installing ESP, well preparation for well testing, bottom hole cleaning, repair and isolation works, well preparation for coiled tubing, acid jobs (treatment well), perforation jobs, nitrogen-compressor work, RIH of the tubing well with gas-lift valve, emergency and fishing operations for Workover. • Monitoring the implementation of plans for drilling, WO and maintenance of wells and work with coiled tubing. Checking the productive and non-productive time of the machines of WO and the preparation of Vouchers for payment on the work done. • Creating the conditions for workers to fulfill production plans, promoting the introduction of new equipment and technology in the oilfield. • Preparation of technical specifications for a tender for Workover, drilling wells, coiled tubing, for the purchase of equipment and service organizations for servicing wells. As well as a technical assessment of the tender participants. • Monitoring and taking measures to reduce Workover non-productive time. • Monitoring the implementation of applications for the repair and manufacture of equipment, tools and devices. • Development of measures to identify production reserves. • Monitoring compliance with the workers of the workshop production and labor discipline, the rules of the internal labor schedule. • Taking part in the work of the standing commission on labor safety. • Checking the conditions of working conditions in areas, monitoring compliance with technological regulations and instructions when conducting production processes at oilfield. • Organization of training and testing of knowledge of technological regulations with staff. Ensuring labor and production discipline in the team. • Ensuring the proper organization and safe work, the operation of machinery, equipment, appliances, tools and protective equipment and their maintenance in good condition. • Fulfillment of the planned measures to ensure industrial safety and work in accordance with the geological and technical measures (geologist technological measures) on time. • Supervision of the work of the Workover, coiled tubing at the fields of "EMIR-OIL" LLP contract areas (oilfields): Kariman, Aksaz, Esen, Begesh, Aiday, Dolinnoye, Borly, Emir. All fields are being developed at the Triassic horizons, terrigenous and carbonate deposits with a well depth of 4150 meters.

Job responsibilities: • Control all the drilling operation from spud in to completion well. • Decide and control problems, emergency situation while drilling for example: mud loss, stuck BHA and pipe, blow out fluids from well, settle cement plug. • Control all the mud parameters while drilling and drilling parameters. • Keep and control all drilling parameters in accord contracts obligation and government rule. • Control of HES, and environmental while drilling operations, recognition and identification of pre-emergency situation. Labor protection and improving performance of drilling. • Control and regulation of drilling fluid properties, the identification of the causes of change in the properties of the drilling mud. The use of different types of mud: lightweight drilling fluids with MW-0.85 gr/cm3. • Control of skin factor of the production intervals. • Recommendations for drilling fluids, their properties and treatment facilities, and the whole drilling technology. • Quality control of cementing, identifying the causes of poor cementing. • The full management operations with liner partially cementing intervals: Check out open hole, replace old mud to solids free mud. RIH liner with screens on drill pipes, landing hanger on slips, activation of the formation paker, opening windows of the collar, circulation, perform cementing the liner, settle plug, activation inside casing liner hanger and anchor, disconnection of the liner, Circulation and wash out excess cement, POOH DP's.
