• Managing, supervision and drive the interfaces with the Contractors: Vendors, Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokers to ensure their activities are aligned to coincide with coordinated and scheduled delivery, timely and correct preparation & submission of proper documents both for importation & exportation; • Determine all Contracts of Purchase (COP’s) and sub-Contracts to ascertain the Customs implications; • Liaise with Vendors and Freight Forwarders on the delivery terms schedule, mode of shipment; • Supervising and expediting SOOG’s and OOG’s (Super and Out-Of-Gauge) multimodal shipments; • Collaboration with Contracts and Purchase Dept as well as with key personnel (e.g., Controls, Quality, HSE, etc.) to ensure alignment of priorities and issues; • Highlight concerns to management and recommend corrective action; • Liaise with the local Customs and air/rail/sea carriers to ensure smooth passage of materials; • Presentation all imported materials and equipment of the Company for the Customs and Tax and other authorities Audits; • Registration Certificates of Exemption, Obtaining Certificates of Conformity, Quality and Other permissions from RK authorities (Tax, Chamber of Commerce, KNB, Emergency, Ecology, Veterinary, etc.) for importation and exportation; • Data input and maintain information into the Data Base by scanning files and Electronic Archive creation; • Making and maintain customs files and reports (financial, statistic, periodical) in accordance with the procedures and work processes both for state authorities and company internal departments; • Control of accounts drive in customs payments and dues (Customs Deposit, Bank Guarantee, etc.) • Currency Transactions Legalization

• Develop and implement Purchasing Procedure within the policies and guidelines established by the Company; • Develop and implement Purchases Projects Plans; • Manage Buyers activity; • Develop and instruct Buyers; • Ensure applying the total cost and best value concepts in Purchases; • Explore market of corresponding goods/services; • Develop/ approve Purchasing strategies for corresponding spend categories.
